About the PES portal

This portal is to be used for applying for certification or exemption for an emissions-controlled product under the Product Emissions Standards Rules 2017.

How to Create a new Account or Sign in on this portal.

Click on the Sign in button on the tab above to sign in or create an account, then:

• follow the relevant prompt to 'Sign up' first if you don't have an account, or
• to sign in, enter your Account details and password, then click 'Sign in'.

You will require the Microsoft Authenticator App to create a new Account.
